Held at the Costa Rica Investment Board (CINDE CINDE Canadian Institute for NDE (Nondestructive Evaluation) ) in La Uruca San Jose, the conference featured Alan Lewis, director of applications engineering at Asymtek (Carlsbad, CA, www. asymtek.com), as the speaker. Lewis presented the latest in automated dispensing technology for board-level electronics assembly and packaging.
