Mr. Burns commented, "Due to the number of energy sector business opportunities recently presented to the Company and our decision to become actively involved in the oil and gas industry, we have decided to change the company's name to Star Petroleum Corp. to better reflect our new focus and business direction. We will be initiating the filing procedures to invoke this name change and new corporate identity accordingly."
