) announced the election of Timothy P. Craig and James A. Donahue to SMSC's board of directors, succeeding James R. Berrett and James J. Boyle.

Timothy P. Craig has served as Vice President of Lexmark International, Inc., a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of printing solutions, and President of its Consumer Printing Division. Prior to this, Mr. Craig held the roles of Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development and Vice President of Development, Business Printer Division at Lexmark International, Inc.

James A. Donahue currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc., a leading supplier of test handling solutions used by the global semiconductor industry. Mr. Donahue previously held the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
