) today announced that, as an inducement to entering into employment with the Company, stock option grants covering an aggregate of 82,700 shares, all having exercise prices of today's closing price per share, are being granted to 20 newly hired individuals who will be employed in positions ranging from machine operator to director of engineering. None of these individuals are officers of the Company. This notice of the aforementioned employment inducement stock option grants, all effective December 31, 2003, is being made in accordance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4350, as amended October 14, 2003.
