Lit.: Huckleberry Finn] See : Escape SKEEN Staff Writer PALMDALE -- Having banned smoking at Palmdale's newest parks and recreation attractions, city officials are now looking to limit smoking at all outdoor city facilities except in designated areas. In July, the City Council voted to ban smoking at the amphitheater and the Best of the West softball complex and at the DryTown Water Park.
