RACE TO THE FINISH: If you haven't caught any episodes of ``Amazing Race'' this season - and judging from the low ratings, many of you haven't - tonight's finale is a great time to join in. With the field thinned down to the final three teams, the pairs are sweating through Vietnam, struggling to find English speakers and amusing the locals as they try to pedal ``basket bikes.'' Brothers Gerard and Ken hang together well, but married couple Ian and Teri alternate between professing their deep love and snarling snarl 1
