SHE'S THE BUG: Tonight, the first of 16 Nick at Nite viewers from around the country gets to ``Be the Bug'' - that is, have her own photo in the corner of the screen where the logo usually appears over the programs. The first winner is Encino's own Jennine Elcock. She'll get her 15 minutes of Nick fame from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Nickelodeon.
