NICK NEWS: From the Viacom corporate synergy department comes the new CBS (Cell Broadcast Service) See cell broadcast.  Saturday morning lineup, effective today. CBS is picking up ``Rugrats'' (7 a.m.) from sister network Nickelodeon, as well as ``Chalkzone!'' (8 a.m.). ``The Wild Thornberrys'' moves to 7:30 a.m. and ``Hey Arnold!'' is resituated at 8:30 a.m. The same programs are airing in different time periods on their home network.

A ``SpongeBob Squarepants'' game, made for PlayStation 2, GameCube, Game Boy Advance and PC, has the title character and his friends Patrick StarFish and Sandy Cheeks defending Bikini Bottom from the evil Plankton's diabolical plan. The Calabasas manufacturer also has games in the works for fans of ``The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius,'' ``Rocket Power'' and ``Fairly Odd Parents,'' and it is merging ``Rugrats'' and ``The Wild Thornberrys'' into a single adventure game that ties in with their upcoming hybrid feature film. Most of the games will hit store shelves next fall.
