DUFFER IN CHIEF: What is music to the ears of our nation's leaders? ``Hail to the Chief,'' maybe. How about, ``Nice shot, Mr. President!'' Tonight the Discovery Times Channel premieres ``First Off the Tee,'' a documentary based on Don Van Natta Jr.'s new book, ``First Off the Tee: Presidential Hackers, Duffers and Cheaters From Taft to Bush.'' Fourteen of the last 17 presidents have indulged in the ``good walk spoiled.'' With commentary from both golf pros and historians, the documentary looks not just at their talents or lack thereof (heads up in the gallery when President Gerald Ford steps up to the tee) but how their game reflects on their work in the Oval Office.

A LOOK AT LUSTER: Max Factor heir, convicted rapist and ex-fugitive Andrew Luster is the latest ripped-from-the-headlines subject of a Bill Kurtis special report. ``A Twisted Mind: The Andrew Luster Story,'' premiering Wednesday, includes rare interviews with Luster himself and one of his ex-girlfriends who was a victim in the criminal case. Kurtis also has interviews with the Ventura County prosecutors, experts on sexual deviance and the date-rape drug GHB, and people who met Luster during his flight from justice in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

A TWISTED MIND: THE ANDREW LUSTER STORY, 10 p.m. Wednesday, A&E.
