, which recently introduced three optional sauces for its chicken wings Chicken Wings can refer to:
  • A type of food, a serving of the wing sections of a chicken. Deep fried wings coated in sauce are also known as Buffalo wings.
  • Chicken Wings, an aviation related comic by Michael and Stefan Strasser.
, has partnered with Dr. Alan R. Hirsch, author of an upcoming book, ``What's Your Food Sign? How to Use Food Cues to Find True Love,'' who analyzed KFC's Honey BBQ BBQ barbecue , Sweet & Spicy and Fiery Buffalo sauces.

Fiery Buffalo types, he says, ``are agreeable, nonconfrontational, loyal and true, and enjoy leisure activities.''

Hirsch adds, ``They're more romantically compatible with other Fiery Buffalos but can be quite dependent on their mates.''

Sweet & Spicy fanciers, he says, ``are colorful, flamboyant extroverts ... found in high-visibility careers like acting or fashion design ... and prefer new and exciting experiences socially, professionally and romantically.''

OPENING SOON: There are some interesting new restaurants around town that have spruced up for their unveilings.

The popular Jumpin' Java Kitchen at 11919 Ventura Blvd., Studio City, has spawned Sona's, which plans to begin serving breakfast, lunch and dinner on Nov. 15 at 16240 Ventura Blvd., Encino. Owner-operators are chef Sona Grigorian and husband Armen. Information: (818) 528-7755.

Now open to the public for the first time in its fabled history is the former Friars' Club, presently called The Friars of Beverly Hills Beverly Hills, city (1990 pop. 31,971), Los Angeles co., S Calif., completely surrounded by the city of Los Angeles; inc. 1914. NAME OF THE GAME: At Grace, 7360 Beverly Blvd., celebrity chef-owner Neal Fraser is currently cooking a five-course game dinner for $75.
