Dimitrov, who recently left Diaghilev, the haute Russian-French restaurant in the Wyndham Bel Age Hotel, for Jaan at Raffles L'Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills, has moved again. He's turned up as the new maitre d' at the Tower Bar at the Argyle Hotel, 8358 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood. Ex-Ammo, Hollywood, chef Piero Morovich, is in charge of the Tower kitchen, Michal Gregus is the Tower's general manager, and veteran piano performer Page Cavanaugh, who at one time owned a San Fernando Valley San Fernando Valley Valley, southern California, U.S. Northwest of central Los Angeles, the valley is bounded by the San Gabriel, Santa Susana, and Santa Monica mountains and the Simi Hills. restaurant called Page Seven, provides the evening entertainment. At Cafe del Rey, 4451 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey, chef Frank Fonda now presents a Day Boat dinner menu featuring a changing selection of three varieties of fish promised as caught within the prior 24 hours in domestic waters. And just to make sure competitors don't pooh-pooh this promise, each daily menu lists the location, the name of the fishing vessel and the captain's name.
