It's still a huge seller even though it's lost 17.6 percentage points in the last 10 years.

As for the 10 most popular brands sold in restaurants, Kendall-Jackson heads the list, followed by Cakebread, Sonoma-Cutrer, Jordan, Robert Mondavi, Sterling, Ferrari-Carano, Beringer, Clos du Bois and Santa Margherita.

Noticeably, the poll shows that red wines have moved well past whites in popularity, now up to 60.8 percent. White wines were more popular 10 years ago when the reds garnered only 44 percent.
