BACK IN TIME

"THE HEART OF ME," which had its premiere last week at the 46th London Film Festival, stars Helena Bonham Carter in a 1930s romance directed by Tim Burton.

The film, in which Bonham Bonham can refer to:
  • Bonhams, a British auction house
  • Dr. Bonham's Case, a legal case decided in 1610 concerning the supremacy of the common law in England
  • Bonham, Texas, USA
  • Bonham (band), heavy metal band formed by Jason Bonham
People:
Carter's character has an affair with her sister's husband, played by Paul Bettany, marks a return to period drama for the actress.

Over the past few years, she's moved away from such roles, instead winning acclaim for movies such as ``Fight Club'' and ``Mighty Aphrodite Aphrodite (ăfrədī`tē), in Greek religion and mythology, goddess of fertility, love, and beauty. Homer designated her the child of Zeus and Dione. .'' She met Burton when he directed her in the remake of the sci-fi classic ``Planet of the Apes.''

Speaking about ``The Heart of Me,'' Bonham Carter said: ``I was typecast for a long time as a period actress, and here I am doing another period film. But this is probably the best part I've been offered in years, so I wasn't going to turn it down.''

The actress said that Burton has cast her as a witch in his next film.
