SL Green to sell 1140 Sixth Ave.


SL Green just sold 286 and 290 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. , but it's not done pruning smaller class B buildings from its portfolio.

 is now offering up the 21-story, 181,000 s/f 1140 Avenue of the Americas, a building it is marketing through CB Richard Ellis's Darcy Stacom and Bill Shanahan.

The statement says that 286 Madison Avenue has 47,000 s/f of air rights the firm may potentially develop in the future.
