We're delighted to accommodate the long-term expansion needs of New York Presbyterian Hospital--a tenant within our portfolio for many years--at 673 First Avenue." Located on the northwest corner of 38th Street and First Avenue, the 12-story building contains 425,000 rentable square feet and is located in a favored corridor of Manhattan for New York's medical community.
