SL Green in joint venture to buy 1250 Broadway.


SL Green Realty Corp. has entered into a joint venture on 1250 Broadway with SITQ Immobilier, a subsidiary of Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, Canada's leading fund manager with over Canadian $100 billion in assets under management Assets Under Management (AUM) is a term used by financial services companies in the mutual fund and money management or investment management business to gauge how much money they are managing. .
