 Corp. has completed a $3.5 million lobby renovation at 750 Third Avenue coinciding with the 100% lease up of the property.

Among prominent building tenants are leading magazine publishing group, Fairchild Publications, investment manager, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association and the accounting offices of Eisner, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol .
