: SLG See stereo lithography. ) today announced that it has completed a refinancing of the first mortgage loan on 485 Lexington Avenue for $450 million. The ten-year interest only mortgage has an effective interest rate of 5.566%. The mortgage matures in January 2017.

Upon acquiring the 31-story, 926,000-square-foot asset in 2004 with its joint venture partners for $225 million, or $244 per square foot, SL Green embarked upon an intensive multi-million dollar capital repositioning repositioning Laparoscopic surgery The changing of a Pt's position during a procedure to improve access or visualization of the operative field, which may be linked to complications, as it changes anatomic planes of operation.
