Bloomfield, who will be overseeing management of 220 East 42nd Street, 470 Park Avenue South, 750 Third Avenue, 485 Lexington Avenue 1551 Broadway, 21 West 34th Street, One Madison Avenue, 521 Fifth Avenue, and 919 Third Avenue, was most recently the senior property manager at the Grace Building. Bloomfield is a graduate of CW Post School of Professional Ac countancy. Hayden, who will manage SL Green's 100 Park, 440 Ninth Avenue, 711 Third Avenue, 461 Fifth Avenue, 420 Lexington Avenue, 16 East 34th Street, 717 Fifth Avenue and 810 Seventh Avenue, joins from Jones Lang LaSalle where he served most recently as SVP, group manager overseeing the operations and project management for a 4 million square foot office portfolio.
