SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) announced the hiring of Thomas Bloomfield and Nick Hayden to the company's portfolio management team.-Both join the company as vice president. Bloomfield, who will be overseeing management of 220 East 42nd I Street, 470 Park Avenue South, 750 Third Avenue, 485 Lexington Avenue, 1551 Broadway, 21 West 34th Street, One Madison Avenue, 521 Fifth Avenue, 919 Third Avenue, has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate management and is a certified property manager with vast experience in the New York City and Washington D.C. markets. Most recently, he was the senior property manager at the Grace Building. Bloomfield is a graduate of CW Post School of Professional Accountancy. Hayden, who will manage SL Green's 100 Park, 440 Ninth Avenue, 711 Third Avenue, 461 Fifth Avenue, 420 Lexington Avenue, 16 East 34th Street, 717 Fifth Avenue and 810 Seventh Avenue, has over 20 years of property management experience and joins SL Green Realty Corp. from Jones Lang LaSalle where he served most recently as SVP, group manager overseeing the Operations and Project Management for a 4 million square foot office portfolio. Prior to his assignment at 90 West Street, Hayden was employed as a vice president at First Winthrop Properties.
