[TV: Terrace, I, 111–112] See : Wild West Grades at the Ying Silver Project, Henan Province, China SKN Resources Ltd. ("SKN") is pleased to provide a progress report on the Company's high-grade Ying Silver Project, Henan Province, China for the months of November and December 2004: - A total of 738 metres ("m") of drifting, 284 m of declines and raises and 540 m of underground drilling were completed. - A new bonanza silver (Ag)-lead (Pb)-Zinc (Zn) vein, S2, was discovered which contains massive galena galena (gəlē`nə) or lead glance, lustrous, blue-gray mineral crystallizing usually in cubes, sometimes in octahedrons. It is the most important ore and the principal source of lead. sheets (MGS MGS Mars Global Surveyor MGS Metal Gear Solid MGS Microsoft Game Studios MGS Ministry of Government Services (Ontario, Canada) MGS Maryland Geological Survey MGS Malaysian Government Securities MGS Minnesota Geological Survey ) up to 0.9 m in thickness with extremely high Ag and Pb grades. - At present 10 veins, S1, S2, S4, S5, S6, 14, S16E, S16W, S17 and S22 can be accessed through main tunnels CM103 and CM102. - Tunnel CM102 is expected to intersect In a relational database, to match two files and produce a third file with records that are common in both. For example, intersecting an American file and a programmer file would yield American programmers. veins S7 and S8 by advancing a further 30 m and 210 m respectively (see "tunnel plan map" on www.sknresources.com). - Newly completed drifts along the previously reported S14, S16E and S16W veins (see October 6th and November 8th, 2004 Press Releases), have shown excellent continuity of high grade MGS. - The most significant interval from newly completed drifts was from the S14 Vein, returning 4,780 gram per tonne tonne measure of weight or mass; 1 tonne=1000 kg. See also ton. (g/t) or 153.68 ounce per tonne (oz/t) Ag and 76.54% Pb. This equates to 257.84 oz/t of Ag-equivalent grade over 0.3 m width (calculated throughout on the basis of US$6.5/oz Ag, US$0.40/lb for Pb, and US$0.45/lb for Zn). S2 Vein The S2 vein was previously mapped by surface trenching and limited tunneling tunneling, quantum-mechanical effect by which a particle can penetrate a barrier into a region of space that would be forbidden by ordinary classical mechanics. . The vein structure extends northeasterly north·east·er·ly adj. 1. Situated toward the northeast. 2. Coming or being from the northeast. north·east over 1.15 kilometres (km) and dips steeply to the southwest, like the S14 vein. The S2 vein was intersected at 496 m elevation elevation, vertical distance from a datum plane, usually mean sea level to a point above the earth. Often used synonymously with altitude, elevation is the height on the earth's surface and altitude, the height in space above the surface. by a 100 m decline driven from the 549 m elevation of CM103. 103 m drifting was then completed along the vein. The MGS in the S2 vein shows excellent continuity, as is represented by the rate of mineralization Mineralization The process by which the body uses minerals to build bone structure. Mentioned in: Rickets mineralization, n the bioprecipitation of an inorganic substance. : MGS is exposed and confirmed by assay in 87 m of the 103 m completed drift,- an 84% rate of MGS mineralization along strike with widths ranging from 0.15 m to 0.90 m. The assay results average about 3921g/t or 126.06 oz/t Ag-equivalent grade with an average width of 0.43m. Further drifting is being completed on the S2 vein to test its extension. S14 Vein During the last two months, exploration work on the S14 vein included 240 m of drifting along the 518 m elevation and a 20 m raise on the 555 m elevation. The MGS in the S14 vein continues to show good continuity / high rate of mineralization: MGS is exposed and confirmed by assay in 744 m of the 1,095 m of drifting completed along S14 vein on three different levels - a 68% rate of MGS mineralization. The rate of mineralization / continuity of MGS appears to increase with depth from about 45.3% at the 555 m elevation to 85.6% (431 m of MGS over a 504 m drift) at the lowest drift on the 518 m elevation. www.sknresources.com).Five underground drill holes totaling 540 m have been completed from the 518 m elevation to test the S14 down-dip MGS continuity at the 480 m and 440 m elevations. All five holes intersected MGS, with results to be reported to be spoken of; to be mentioned, whether favorably or unfavorably. See also: Report when available. Continuing exploration work on the S14 vein includes: drifting southward south·ward adv. & adj. Toward, to, or in the south. n. S16E and S16W Veins S16E and S16W are two north-striking and east-dipping veins that were originally mapped as two branches of the S16 vein, merging to single vein at about 50 m north of CM102. The MGS in the two veins also shows excellent continuity: MGS is exposed and confirmed by assay in 516 m of the 671 m of drifting on the two veins at the 555 m elevation - a 76.9% rate of mineralization. The MGS materials from the two veins continue to show excellent Ag, Pb and Zn grades (see Table below) and higher zinc zinc, metallic chemical element; symbol Zn; at. no. 30; at. wt. 65.38; m.p. 419.58°C;; b.p. 907°C;; sp. gr. 7.133 at 25°C;; valence +2. The acuminated average silver equivalent grades for MGS in the S16E are 3,465 g/t (111.41 oz/t) over an average width of 0.42m, and for the S16W are 2621 g/t (84.26 oz/t) over an average width of 0.37m.
