The services to be performed include assisting with the establishment of Centers of Design and Manufacturing Excellence, consulting, process centric customized training, process improvements, and development of standard methodologies, aimed at assisting SKF Seals Division personnel in rapid implementation of Parametric Technology Corporation's (NASDAQ:PMTC PMTC Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (of HIV/AIDS)

PMTC Professional Multimedia Test Center
) software. The services will be performed at the customer's facilities in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. , Italy and Germany.

The contract period extends from the contract signing through December 31, 2001. The contract establishes minimum annual service commitments for the utilization of Softech personnel. The contract also allows for purchases of hardware and third party software from Softech at pre-established prices over Softech's direct costs during the contract period.
