 headquarters on the site, as well as on an additional 40 acres that BMW currently owns and occupies adjacent to the Ingersoll Rand location.

SJP Properties has previously worked with BMW North America on its existing site, addressing the leading company's space needs.

SJP Properties assisted BMW in the acquisition of the former Ingersoll Rand site and will also serve as Development Consultant, master planning both sites, for this new BMW North America headquarters campus. SJP Properties' role will include planning, designing, constructing and retrofitting the existing facility.

Additionally, the site, which now spans 80 acres, allows for future development potential and will feature approximately 1,000 parking spaces.

BMW has called the Montvale/Woodcliff Lake area home since 1975 and will be consolidating from its two other area locations into this state-of-the-art campus.

"With the assistance of SJP Properties, the acquisition of this property will enable BMW to support our growth and create an 85-acre campus to serve as our U.S. headquarters," said Tom Purves, chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
