 SIX REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENTS NAMED
 AS PART OF MOBILE SYSTEMS MERGER, REORGANIZATION
 BEDMINSTER, N.J., May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems today announced that six regional vice presidents have been appointed as part of its corporate reorganization and merger with Metro Mobile CTS.
 Rick Conrad, formerly president of Bell Atlantic Paging, based in Parsippany, N.J., has been named regional vice president-Southwest for Bell Atlantic Metro Mobile, responsible for operations in Arizona, New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas. The Southwest headquarters will remain in Scottsdale, Ariz.
 Jack Plating, formerly regional vice president-Southeast for Metro Mobile CTS, has been appointed to that position for Bell Atlantic Metro Mobile, responsible for markets in North Carolina and South Carolina. The company's Southeast headquarters will remain in Greenville, S.C.
 Gary Schulman, formerly regional vice president-Northeast for Metro Mobile CTS, has been appointed to that position for Bell Atlantic Metro Mobile, responsible for markets in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The company's Northeast headquarters will remain in Wallingford, Conn.
 Mobile Systems' current operations in the mid-Atlantic states will be organized into three regions.
 Tom Bartlett, formerly vice president-business development for Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems, has been named regional vice president- Philadelphia/New Jersey, responsible for markets in New Jersey, greater Philadelphia and Delaware.
 Jerry Fountain, formerly director-sales operations for Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems in Washington/Baltimore, has been appointed regional vice president-Pittsburgh, responsible for the company's efforts in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
 Bob Johnson, formerly executive director of sales operations for Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems in Bedminster, has been appointed regional vice president-Washington/Baltimore, responsible for operations in Maryland, northern Virginia and District of Columbia.
 All of the regional vice presidents will report to Ben Scott, formerly vice president-marketing and sales of Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems, who has been appointed vice president-operations and chief operating officer for Mobile Systems, based in Bedminster.
