Exhibit A: the Sapphire Gentlemen's Club Sapphire Gentlemen's Club is a strip club Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The 71,000-square-foot enterprise includes VIP skyboxes and three lounges, and is billed as the world's largest nightclub. . The $25 million, 71,000-square-foot complex calls itself the ``largest and most spectacular adult entertainment complex in the world.'' Devoted to topless dancing, it claims to have ``6,000 of the most beautiful and exotic entertainers.'' Women shouldn't feel neglected, however. It opens up the possibilities. ... In a sense, we help our competitors because we have unique attractions, and they help us because they have unique attractions.''
