 is offering a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of the man who assaulted and robbed a Westlake Village woman after a traffic collision.

On Sept. 24, two vehicles were involved in a collision near Cascade A connected series of devices or images. It often implies that the second and subsequent device takes over after the previous one is used up. T.O. Library opens special collections In library science, special collections (often abbreviated to Spec. Coll. or S.C.) is the name applied to a specific repository within a library which stores materials of a "special" nature.  

THOUSAND OAKS - The Thousand Oaks Library will open its special collections to the public at certain times during the week without an appointment.

The Special Collections Reading Room, which houses the library's American Library of Radio and Television, the Local History Collection and the Book Arts Collection, will be open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The special collections will be available outside those times with an appointment. The library is located at 1401 E. Janss Road.
