Red Cross to offer 2 classes on safety

This nine-hour course includes recognizing and caring for breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults, children and infants; heart disease prevention, injury prevention; identifying and caring for life-threatening bleeding, sudden illness and injuries.

Moorpark opens up advisory positions

MOORPARK - Residents interested in serving on the Citizens Transportation Advisory Committee or the Social Service Transportation Advisory Council are asked to submit an application to the City Clerk's Office by 5 p.m. June 7.

Applicants sought for Teen Council

MOORPARK - Applications are being accepted for the city's 1996-97 Teen Council.

The council is for Moorpark teens in grades seven to 12. Appointments are made by the City Council and last one year, beginning July 1 and ending June 30.

The council meets one to two times a month, and assists Moorpark's recreation supervisor and teen coordinator with planning and implementing teen programs throughout the city.

Applications are available at City Hall, Arroyo Vista Recreation Center, Moorpark High School Moorpark High School, located in Moorpark, California, is a public high school in the Moorpark Unified School District and currently has an enrollment of 2,478 students.[1] , Community High School, Gateway School, Chaparral Middle School Chaparral Middle School could refer to
