SIMI SCHOOLS TO RETAIN INTERIM LEADER; MOFFETT STAYING UNTIL SUPERINTENDENT ARRIVES.

Interim Superintendent Kenneth Moffett will work a handful of days as the school year begins so the district can avoid having to hire another temporary chief to fill in as top administrator.

``We're still operating with an interim superintendent, we're just going to have him on a limited number of days,'' said school board President Janice DiFatta.
