 MILITARY PERSONNEL INTERESTED IN CAREER IN CIVILIAN AVIATION
 OAKLAND, Calif., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Sierra Academy of Aeronautics today released the following:
 WHAT: Military Day at Sierra Academy
 WHEN: July 18
 8:30 a.m.
 WHERE: Sierra Academy of Aeronautics
 Oakland International Airport
 North Field facility
 Saturday, July 18 will mark Military Day at Sierra Academy's Oakland International Airport, North Field facility. All military personnel, ready to separate and interested in a career in civilian aviation, are invited. The day's events include special breakout groups for fixed wing and helicopter pilots, aircraft mechanics and flight dispatchers. Members of the Sierra staff will be available to discuss VA benefits and financial aid programs. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast. Military Day, a no-charge event, also includes lunch. Sierra is one of the most widely respected aviation training organizations in the United States and has been in continuous operation for 28 years and has helped graduates to receive over 50,000 FAA licenses.
