It flows N through Indian Lake (125 sq mi/324 sq km) to Ungava Bay (an arm of Hudson Strait). terminal has great new expansive architecture featuring 40-foot glass ceilings with a new promenade promenade Public place where people walk (or, in the past, rode) at leisure for pleasure, exercise, or display. Promenades are pedestrian avenues pleasingly landscaped or commanding a view, often located along waterfronts and in parks. Vehicular traffic may or may not be restricted. which will enhance new dining options which the management team is presently entertaining interest from many well know and quality restaurateurs. The indoor spaces are only matched to more than 120,000 s/f of outdoor plazas that provide spectacular views of the waterfront. The Whitehall terminal will have approximately eight new retail stores divided among its 3,500 s/f of retail space. The new state of the art St. George Terminal, with its new 20,000 s/f of retail, will offer not only restaurants and a food court, but new service-orientated retail stores. The Management Group is now entertaining retailers and anticipates to start opening stores within the next few months. Foot traffic at the terminals is approximately 70,000 per day. |
