SHOULDER TO SHOULDER OSCAR NIGHT GAVE THE RIGHT TO BARE ARMS - AS WELL AS RUFFLES, VIVID HUES AND BLACK.

When it came to the red carpet at the Oscars this year, the fashion trends were all over the rainbow.

And in most cases, it worked.

Canary yellow isn't an easy color, but Michelle Williams Michelle Williams may refer to an actress or a singer born in 1980:
