Tattoo artist A tattoo artist (also tattooer or tattooist) is a person who applies permanent decorative tattoos, often in a dedicated business called a tattoo shop, tattoo studio or tattoo parlour.  Mister Cartoon Mark Machado, better known as Mister Cartoon, is a Mexican American tattoo artist and graffiti artist based in Los Angeles, California.

 has created a T-shirt to benefit Angels at Risk, a Westside nonprofit supporting teenagers at risk for drug and alcohol abuse. The limited-edition T's will go on sale the evening of Sept. 27 outside Fred Segal Fred Segal is a Los Angeles, California based clothing boutique. There are two stores, one in Hollywood (on Melrose Avenue) and the other in Santa Monica.

In 1976, the Hollywood location was purchased by Ron Herman.
 Santa Monica stores at 500 and 420 Broadway, and will remain available at some of the store's boutiques through the two-week run of the annual Fred Segal half-off sale. The T-shirts are $20 each, with all proceeds going to Angels at Risk. Customers can also bid on two signed T-shirts that will be up for silent auction.
