 and clothing.

IS THIS YOUR FIRST BUSINESS? Yes

WHY DID YOU START THIS BUSINESS? My art allows me to express so much of myself, and my jewelry reveals so much about the essence of the person who wears it.

WHERE DID YOU GET THE IDEA? In a small studio loft in a Topanga Canyon home built on telephone poles in 1975. I started making necklaces and giving them to friends as gifts, then one day a friend offered to buy some for another friend of hers. I got the name growing up in Tallulah, a town in Louisiana Louisiana (ləwē'zēăn`ə, lē'–), state in the S central United States. It is bounded by Mississippi, with the Mississippi R. .

HOW LONG WAS IT FROM CONCEPT TO OPENING? Six months.

WHAT DID YOU DO DURING THAT TIME? I was able to get a sellers permit and the inventory of art and jewelry supplies.

WHAT WERE YOUR STARTUP COSTS AND HOW DID YOU FINANCE THE BUSINESS? My startup costs were minimal. My husband helped to finance the business, and he is still very supportive.

WHO DID YOU RELY ON FOR ADVICE? Friends and family, as well as a clothing and accessory accessory, in criminal law, a person who, though not present at the commission of a crime, becomes a participator in the crime either before or after the fact of commission.  designer Doug Kennedy from ``Mojowear'' in West Monroe West Monroe, city (1990 pop. 14,096), Ouachita parish, N La., on the Ouachita River, opposite Monroe, in a forest and lake area; inc. 1851. Its chief industries are lumber and paper milling. , La.

WHAT HADN'T YOU CONSIDERED BEFORE OPENING? All the great artists out there creating beautiful pieces as well as all the competition at exhibitions throughout the country.

WHAT IS YOUR EXPECTED REVENUE THIS YEAR? Hopefully $10,000.

WHAT GOALS DO YOU HAVE FOR THE COMPANY? Diversify diversify

To acquire a variety of assets that do not tend to change in value at the same time. To diversify a securities portfolio is to purchase different types of securities in different companies in unrelated industries.
into allowing larger designers and art galleries to consider my talents for independent projects and representation. To show my work to potential art collectors.
