It takes him up to 20 hours a week to choose a topic, line up guests, prepare interview questions and take care of technical matters. ``We're trying to give people a chance to see different points of view and sometimes move them in a different direction,'' Isler said. ``The major networks have a decidedly liberal bent, and you need to have people on the other side.''
