SFK buys back fund units.

 BUYS BACK FUND UNITS. Abitibi-Consolidated Abitibi-Consolidated NYSE: ABY TSX: A is a Canadian pulp and paper company based in Montreal, Quebec. The network of 19 paper mills, 20 sawmills, 4 remanufacturing facilities and 2 engineered wood facilities, located in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom  (Abicon), Montreal, Quebec, Canada, will sell its share of SFK Pulp pulp: see paper.  Fund (SFK), Sain-Felicien, Quebec, for approximately bout C$ 118.5 million (US$ 90 million). Buying back a stake held in it by Abicon, SFK announced it will issue approximately 14.8 million fund units in a bought deal for US$ 8 each. The rest of the mill is widely held.
