(NASDAQ:SFCC), a provider of drug development services to branded pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic drug and medical device companies, will hold its 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 11:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at the Sheraton Bal Harbour Hotel, 9701 Collins Avenue, Bal Harbour, Florida.
