SEVEN Hires Industry Veteran Jos de Kruijf to Continue Development in EMEA and APAC Regions

BARCELONA, Spain -- SEVEN, the global market leader in push email software, today announced the addition of Jos de Kruijf to their impressive executive team. Jos will serve as the new Senior Vice President and General Manager International and will be responsible for SEVEN's business in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions.

Jos, an expert in entrepreneurial leadership, infrastructure development and organizational change, will utilize his more than 20 years of executive leadership to lead the development and growth of SEVEN's EMEA and APAC sales. He will take the place of Paul Hedman, who was formerly CEO of Smartner and ran Europe and APAC for Seven after Smartner was acquired by Seven in 2005. He will be leaving the company to pursue new opportunities.

Jos de Kruijf brings SEVEN over 20 years of International software experience at leading firms including Openwave Systems, where he successfully established the European operations and grew business to 250 million euros in just three years. He also led organizations in similar capacities at Nortel Networks and Adobe Systems.
