SEVEN TITLE COMPANIES AWARD CONTRACTS TO TYLER.

Dallas-based Tyler Corporation (NYSE: TYL) has been awarded a series of contracts with a group of seven title companies for data sales and related services. The contracts have a total estimated value of $24.5 million.

Under the terms of the contracts, Tyler will deliver database information covering four Texas counties and provide data update and document image retrieval services over the ten-year term of the contracts. In addition, Tyler will provide these customers with its fully integrated on-line data indexing and imaging system.
