Swanson is currently the California-Nevada-Hawaii State Association of Emblem Clubs first assistant marshal, Santa Clarita Emblem Club No. 459 marshal and Santa Clarita Elks Lodge No. 2379 treasurer. Diane Tubbs, this year's junior past president, was awarded ``Emblem of the Year'' for her exceptional service and many fund-raising activities.
