SERGEANT SEX BULLY; Wrens tell of striptease order by Royal Marine.
Instructor Matthew North, 40, is accused of telling trainees they would have to take off items of clothing if they made mistakes.
And he allegedly ripped the buttons off one girl's shirt and forced her to commit a sex act on him.
Six Wrens are involved in eight alleged offences while North was teaching weapons handling and mechanical engineering at the HMS Sultan shore base at Gosport, Hants.
A 21-year-old from Glasgow told the tribunal at Plymouth that her Navy career had been ruined by North's behaviour.
She claimed he locked the door of the armoury while she was alone with him during her weapons test. The girl, who was 19 at the time, said: "He moved behind me and started to undo my shirt. He said he would pass me 'very satisfactory.'
"I told him to stop and grabbed my shirt with both hands.
"He did not stop there. The buttons had fallen off my shirt because he was putting his hand down it trying to touch my breasts.
"I was frightened. He undid the zip of his trousers and put my right hand on his private parts."
North, now based at Poole in Dorset, is said to have offered to pass Wrens if they went out with him or had oral sex with him. He allegedly simulated sex with one as she bent over a table.
He admits two charges but denies two indecent assaults and four other offences. The case continues.
