The two companies will provide businesses with a comprehensive single point of control for managing software change, coordinated with network and hardware changes, so as to maintain quality and provide accessibility to eBusiness solutions across the enterprise. The partnership features the integration of SERENA's eFull.Cycle(tm) strategy and framework, an automated end-to-end solution for managing change throughout the eBusiness application life cycle, with the Remedy Strategic Service Suite(tm).
