Release 8.2 Offers Advanced Features to Optimize Call Center Operations and Improve Agent Productivity

The latest release offers enhanced monitoring and coaching capabilities, improved campaign management features, Ofcom compliance to address UK regulations and overall operational improvements.

CPS 8.2 delivers powerful features that enable contact centers to manage campaigns and agents more effectively and satisfy clients. Some of the product enhancements include:

* Monitoring and Coaching that allows contact center supervisors to view an agent's screen and listen to the voice conversation in real-time and silently coach an agent through their earpiece without the customer hearing.

* Unattended Client Monitoring allows contact center clients the ability to monitor agents who are working on their behalf, from within the contact center or remotely from any location.

* Supervised Remote Monitoring offers the ability to use a remote digital station to control a monitoring session while the third party is already in conference.

* Caller ID and Hold Messages on a per record basis, allowing users the ability to combine similar campaigns into one large campaign. Contact centers can take advantage of the added performance of having more agents and more numbers in a single campaign. Additionally, contact strategies can vary using unique hold messages assigned to each record on a call-by-call basis.

* Abandon Rate Tracking by Day enables contact centers to maintain abandon rate tracking for a campaign throughout the day, even if the campaign is stopped and started.

* Ofcom Compliance for UK customers provides flexibility with the Do Not Call utility in the way existing call record dispositions and maximum attempts are handled; as well as preservation of reschedule times for abandons and ring-no-answers when a campaign is recycled.
