SENIOR SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE JOINS IMM
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- International Mobile

Machines Corp. (AMEX: IMM) announced today the addition of David J. Cade as vice president of sales.
Cade's primary focus will be to provide a consolidated, disciplined approach to IMM's worldwide sales activities and marketing strategies with the goal of significantly increasing revenues. His responsibilities encompass international, domestic and government markets.
"We are most fortunate that someone of Mr. Cade's leadership caliber has joined IMM," said William W. Erdman, president and chief operating officer. "His broad base of experience in marketing and sales will certainly enhance the talent that we already have in our sales department."
Cade has extensive experience in the telecommunications and information systems industry. Prior to joining IMM, Cade was a senior vice president with the Communications Satellite Corporation's Systems Division, where he had a wide range of responsibilities for marketing, business development, sales, strategic planning and acquisition planning with respect to international, domestic commercial, and federal government markets.
Previous to that, as director of new business development for Martin Marietta Information and Communications Systems, he devised and implemented strategies for applying the company's prime contractor/systems integration strengths to large telecommunications network projects. Before joining Martin Marietta, Cade held various business development and sales positions with AT&T Information Systems and AT&T Western Electric.
Cade began his career in the Department of Defense where he had a variety of assignments with the U.S. Air Force and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, primarily in the information technologies and electronics fields.
Cade holds a master's in business administration from Syracuse University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois. He is also a graduate of the National War College and Columbia University's executive program in business administration.
