SENIOR CENTER OFFERING FREE FLU SHOTS THIS WEEK.

Free flu shots for seniors, the disabled and chronically ill patients will be offered Thursday at a clinic at the Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California. It stretches through Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Its main population center is the city of Santa Clarita. The valley was part of the 48,612-acre (19,672.  Senior Center.

The immunizations will be administered from 9 to 11:30 a.m. in the center's activities rooms 1 and 2, 22900 Market St.

People with confirmed allergies to eggs should not receive flu shots because eggs are used in manufacturing the vaccine.
