SEMINAR TO PROVIDE ADVICE TO CAREGIVERS.

NEWHALL - Whether it's questions about health care, financial obligations, stress or just taking a break, Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California. It stretches through Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Its main population center is the city of Santa Clarita. The valley was part of the 48,612-acre (19,672.  caregivers have one place to go this weekend to get the answers.

That's one of the most important reasons for caregivers to attend the seminar, so they can learn about these resources, especially ones that allow the caretaker to focus on themselves.

``Very often they don't give themselves permission to take care of their own needs,'' Nelsen said.
