The seminar will cover legal issues of doing business in California, including wrongful-discharge laws, new federal overtime rules, the ``sue your boss'' law, written policies, the employment at-will rule, wage and hour issues, and areas of potential liability.

Also, the seminar will explain the new California Paid Family Leave Insurance program.

The seminar will be held from 7 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the Park Plaza hotel The Plaza Hotel in New York City is a landmark 19-story luxury hotel with a height of 250 feet (76 m) and length of 400 feet that (122 m) occupies the west side of Grand Army Plaza, from which it derives its name, and extends along Central Park South in Manhattan. , 44916 10th St. W., Lancaster.

Hanson is responsible for the program's regulations, marketing, information technology development, procedure development, form development, site preparation, staffing and budgeting.
