 When the 1992 Olympic Summer Games get underway July 25, millions of Americans who follow the world's greatest sporting event can add a new dimension to their viewing enjoyment with Seiko's Watch Wheel, a colorful and informative guide shaped like a watch which details Olympic Games highlights and timing procedures. The wheel is being offered free to consumers nationwide.
 Seiko, the official timer of the 1992 Olympic Summer Games, has packed the 8-inch, four-color glossy wheel with information on all of the Games' 25 official sports, ranging from basketball, boxing and track & field, to rowing, judo and water polo. Twelve sports are listed on one side; 13 on the other. Each sport has two windows displaying information about it.
 Consumers can order their free watch wheels by sending a post-card with their names and addresses to: Seiko Watch Wheel, P.O. Box 661, Whippany, N.J. 07981. Only those requests written or typed on a post- card will be honored. Requests honored while supply lasts.
