SEEQ Announces Production Availability of Two New Four-Port Ethernet MAC Controller ICs.

FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 1997--SEEQ Technology, Incorporated (NASDAQ: SEEQ) today announced production availability of the newest members of its Hurricane(TM) Fast Ethernet product family: the 84301 and the 8431.

Pin-compatible with the industry-standard 84C300A and 84C30A, the new SEEQ products provide switch system manufacturers with a cost-effective upgrade path to complete network management support.
