SEEKONK MAN PLED GUILTY TO FEDERAL FIREARMS VIOLATIONS

 BOSTON, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- United States Attorney A. John Pappalardo announced that Vito Deluca,49, of Seekonk, Mass. pled guilty yesterday to a one count indictment before the United States District Court Judge Mark L. Wolf.
 The federal indictment alleged that on Feb. 12, 1992, Deluca unlawfully possessed more than 500 rounds of ammunition at his residence in Seekonk, Mass. Deluca faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000. Sentencing has been scheduled for June 23, 1993.
 The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. It was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Brian T. Kelly of the Organized Crime Division of the U.S. Attorney's office.
