CAPS is a generic solution that can be applied broadly to any number of settings where civilians are fingerprinted and photographed, and where the fingerprints and/or photographs are submitted for criminal record checks. The application allows rapid and inexpensive customization to the specific needs of various industries. The product has currently been customized for airport, gaming, immigration, licensing and employee screening markets.

CAPS manages: the capture of fingerprints, using any of the FBI certified live scan systems or card scanners; the electronic transmission to the FBI for verification; the capture of subject photographs; the generation of identification cards; and, access control to facilities and systems when configured as a shared server database.

Following key initial sales of this product to Southwest Airlines, American Airlines and the NYSE, the campany has announce sales to the following:

- The Fire Department of New York (FDNY) where CAPS will assist them to quickly hire replacement firefighters killed in the 9-11 tragedy;

- The New York State Department of Education who will use CAPS to ensure the safety of the student community by checking the criminal background of all employees through a FBI finger print check;

- Rochester Gas and Electric where the CAPS system is being used to federally verify the good character of contract workers and new employees at their nuclear facility;

- The Tohono O'odham Nation who is using the system to do background checks on all their casino employees; and

- The New York State Department of Banking that is ensuring the safety of its depositors' investments by using CAPS to verify the identity of all its employees
